Talia L. Haynes is licensed attorney primarily practicing matrimonial and family law in New York State Supreme and Family Courts. Ms. Haynes assists clients in all phases of divorce and family law including prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, paternity, divorce, separation, annulment, custody and visitation, guardianship, child and spousal support.

She is empathetic and dedicated to achieving her clients’ best interests through tenacious litigation and innovative negotiation skills, enhanced from her time being mentored by Raoul Felder, noted New York Divorce attorney.

Ms. Haynes also handles Housing Court and Real Estate cases. Before that, Ms. Haynes also spent many years Thomson Reuters Legal, in a role that included teaching her excellent legal research skills to Manhattan attorneys.

Ms. Haynes received her B.A. in Political Science from Swarthmore College and her J.D. from University of Iowa College of Law.

Ms. Haynes is a member of the Family Law Section of the American Bar Association.
